Darren is a seasoned real estate development and construction professional with more than 30 years of experience, including over two decades focused on seniors housing. He has led nearly $400 million in development and over $700 million in construction volume across a wide range of senior living projects during that time.

Darren brings extensive expertise in investment, development, site selection, financing, management, and construction for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Known for his integrity, creativity, and strategic leadership, he remains committed to innovative seniors housing concepts designed to meet the growing demand of an aging population.

Albert Castaneda is a real estate development and civil engineering executive with more than 25 years of experience across senior living, healthcare, multifamily, and commercial real estate. A licensed Professional Engineer in Oregon, he has led complex projects from feasibility and entitlement through construction, stabilization, and asset management.

Most recently, Albert served as Vice President of Asset Strategy and Development for Signature Healthcare, overseeing development and asset strategy for a 68-community portfolio.

Throughout his career, he has managed portfolios exceeding $200 million in active construction and is recognized for his strategic leadership, technical expertise, and ability to align development initiatives with operational and investment goals.
